By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Contracts
Your order is an offer. We accept it only when we send a shipping confirmation email. Until then, we may cancel if items are out of stock, pricing is wrong, or we suspect fraud.

2. Prices & Payments
All prices are in EUR and include Italian VAT (IVA). Payment is due at checkout via Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. We don’t store your card details.

3. Shipping
We ship only within Italy (including Sicily and Sardinia). See our Shipping Policy for processing times (1–2 business days) and delivery estimates (3–5 business days). Free standard shipping applies.

4.Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition. Return shipping is your cost unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong one. Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after inspection, plus bank processing time (6–10 business days). Full details are in our Return Policy.

5. Your Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Don’t misuse the site, upload harmful code, or violate any laws.

6.Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, logos) is ours or our licensors’. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial viewing.

7.Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any product is limited to what you paid for it. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Italian law.

8.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, disputes may be brought in your local court in Italy. For businesses, exclusive jurisdiction is Brescia, Italy.

9.Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the update date.
